IQ4000 is an intelligent control system combining hardware and software to assess a factory’s compressed air requirements and dynamically adjust the supply to optimize performance.

User Interface

Users can monitor activity, make needed changes, and generate custom reports to ensure optimized performance. The easy-to-use on-site and remote user interface runs within Windows XP or Windows Vista and serves as the “viewer” for the NorgrenIQ Compressed Air Control System.

• Leakage - Poorly connected pipe joints, fittings, and couplings are a major source of leakage and energy loss.

• Misuse - Improperly using compressed air for blowoff, vacuum generation, cooling, etc. is a major cause of waste.

• Over Pressurization - Setting devices at full line pressure causes waste in compressed air and increased maintenance.

• Pressure Drop - Blocked filter elements and undersized piping systems can cause costly pressure starvation.

• Energy & Safety - The lack of preset regulators and shut-off valves can increase energy usage and create safety hazards.
